Cause of hearing between Fleetewoode, a grave preacher, and Bankes of ' Lankashire,' in time past a Citizen of London; he was fined 500 marks, two of his servants for ‘greevous batterye' £40 apiece, and the others 40 marks, all [to suffer] imprisonment, and Bankes to be bound for his good behaviour, and to pay his servants' fines and £40 for the wounds to one of the plaintiff's servants.
