Access roles in EAB Navigate are aligned to security roles governing access to student data in Campus Solutions. Users with the Campus Solutions security roles below will automatically be granted the associated EAB Navigate roles.

To request these Campus Solutions roles, users should follow the directions below to:

  1. FIRST, complete any required Campus Solutions Student Administration training and
  2. THEN, submit the Security Form electronically through the Campus Solutions Security Form Icon, including any required supervisor approval.

THEN: On the Campus Solutions eForm, under Modules, toggle Student Records to Yes, and under EAB Navigate, select Leadership.

Appointment Center for student check-in; no other student data view

Instructors

There is no training or Campus Solutions security form submission required for Instructor level access.

Resulting CS role: The Campus Solutions role of UHCSM instructor is automatically granted to individuals identified as current semester instructors.

EAB Professor

Student profile information for students in own classes, leave notes, and submit Progress Reports

For users who are not currently employed by UH, including students in a voluntary status, complete the ePOI first, and then the training and Campus Solutions form.
