President Khator to Appear on KUHT-TV, Channel 8

University of Houston System Chancellor and UH President Renu Khator will be featured in a KUHT-TV/Channel 8 special at 5 p.m., Sunday,  July 6. 

“HoustonPBS Presents: A Conversation with ... Dr. Renu Khator, UH President” is a half-hour interview conducted by Channel 8’s Patricia Gras.  In the far-ranging conversation, Khator discusses her personal and professional journey from her native India to become the new leader of the UH System. She shares her vision for UH, including plans based on her “100 Days” program to transform the school into a top-tier research university.

The program will be shown again at 8 p.m., Friday, July 11.
