UHS-CVN Graphs and Source Data FAQ
How are these data obtained?
Reports are compiled and submitted by LSPs at the sending and receiving sites.  The total hours sent/received and the number of hours
impaired are reported, as are the number of classes attempted and the number of classes impaired.  A class is deemed impaired
if any event occurs which affects class delivery.
When is the data reported?
Reporting deadline is EOB Mondays, but preferably before noon on Mondays.  Data are reported on a week running from the previous
Monday through the most recent Sunday.  This gives LSPs a full day to compile and report the information.
How are late reports handled?
Late reports are added to the weekly report, which is included with the next week's report.
Data from late reports are also reflected in the Graphs.
Who compiles the reports and graphs?
The University of Houston System Compressed Video Analyst, currently Nick Ackles (nackles@central.uh.edu).
Who gets these reports?
Reports are distributed by e-mail to a superset of the UHCVN Listserv which includes the Universities CIOs.  The reports are
included in the CCTS weekly report to IT-ALL which also includes some cumulative figures.
