T TH - BIO 4310 remains at 384Kbps due to connection with TAMU network

T TH INDE 6332 - Corrected Room assignment for CR from 142 to 143 - UC changed from ip to ISDN.  UC will not be permitted ip connections for UH Central classes this semester per Nick Ackles.

Implemented Safety Net Bridge for p2p connections.  Purpose: provide quick response alternative for p2p connection difficulties.  Available during each class day during scheduled p2p classes.
