Donah Justice

Career Development Counselor

Liaison to the College of Education, Graduate College of Social Work, and Pre-Health

Donah Justice is the career development counselor for the College of Education, Graduate College of Social Work, and Pre-Health. She also holds a leadership role at University Career Services as the supervisor for the Peer Career Advisor team.

Donah has 10 years of experience working with college-bound and college students. She is passionate about guiding diverse student populations in their career search and empowering students to have confidence in their career exploration.

Donah is a mentor for the Las Comadres First-Gen Latina Student Mentoring Program and a part of the NACE DACA/DREAMer committee. She is also the University Career Services liaison to the UH Cougars in Recovery, LGBTQ Resource Center, and Women & Gender Resource Center. Her KPMG Pride Panel and Turnaround Talk programming events were awarded the 2018 DSAES Diversity Award.

Donah is a proud Cougar and Longhorn. She is a graduate of the Master of Education in Counseling program at the University of Houston and an alum of The University of Texas at Austin where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is also certified in the Strong Interest Inventory.
