All exhibitors are subject to the following guidelines
EXHIBITION LOCATION, DATES, AND TIMES: Exhibits will be held at Magnolia Hotel 1100 Texas Ave., Houston Tx., 77002.
The University of Houston reserves the right to change the dates and/or times of the exhibition, and will notify all registered
exhibitors of any such changes as soon as possible.

APPLICATION FOR SPACE: Applications for exhibit space are to be received on this official UCEA-South Application.
BOOTH EQUIPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION: The Magnolia Hotel will provide each exhibitor one 8 foot, clothed table. Additional
accessories such as signs are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Table space is assigned based on date of receipt of completed application. All table dimensions are
believed, but not warranted, to be accurate. UCEA South chair-elect reserves the right to make modifications to booth assignments
and floor plan layout in the best interest of the exhibition.
EXHIBITOR’S AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES: UCEA South chair-elect will have sole control over all admittance to the
conference and exhibition. Exhibitor badges are restricted to owners and full-time employees of registered exhibiting organizations
or other authorized representatives of exhibiting firms as approved. Exhibitor badges are limited to persons who are actually
staffing the booth during the move-in, show, and move-out hour
INSTALLATION & DISMANTLING: Exhibitors may set up their exhibits beginning at 7:30 a.m. on October 21, 2007.
Dismantling may begin at 10 a.m. October 23, 2007 and must be completed by 2 p.m. that day.
