The Student Centers Film Series strives to enrich and build community by providing a free platform for educating and engaging discussions with students about relevant societal issues. The Student Centers hope to collaborate with UH faculty, staff, and student leaders who are knowledgeable in topics addressed in the films and would be interested in participating in a panel, discussion, or activity after the screening.
Faculty, staff, and student leaders have the opportunity to suggest a film, which they think is educational and engaging, and lead their own discussion afterwards. The Student Centers Film Committee will evaluate all proposals and coordinate payment for film licensing, and expenses related to marketing, equipment, and space reservations for selected films.
If any UH faculty, staff, or student leader is interested in participating, please submit a proposal.
