Children ages 4-15 have the opportunity to come to work and participate in activities on campus (parents must accompany children).

In order to participate in the activities of Take Your Child to Work Day you must complete the following forms for your children during the registration process:

• Release and Indemnification Agreement – OGC-S-2013-11 (as required by Office of Risk Management for event participation): Download form here.
