Treatment of Social Anxiety in Female Veterans

Development of a Combined VR-Cue Exposure (VRCET) and  Mindfulness Intervention for Social Anxiety and Social Avoidance in Female Returning Combat Veterans

This project combines cutting edge immersive VR technology with principles of mindfulness to address symptoms of social anxiety and avoidance experience by female veterans in University and community based settings.  This project is in partnership with Texas State University, Combined Arms Houston and the Houston United Way Veterans Services.
