Climbing Classes and Workshops

In the Outdoor Adventure program, we offer a variety of educational skill classes at $5 per person to the UH community. Climbing classes focus on teaching the basic skills and techniques one may need while on outdoor adventures.

Description: Participants will learn how to fit a harness, tie knots, load a belay device, manage the slack in a climbing system and properly communicate while climbing. No experience is necessary.

Difficulty: Beginner
Includes: Instruction, climbing shoes, harness, ATC
