Fulbright Specialist Program Information

Are you a UH faculty member interested in participating in short-term opportunities to share your expertise and strengthen collaboration with overseas institutions? If so, we invite you to join UH Fulbright Faculty and a World Learning Senior Outreach Officer to learn about the Fulbright Specialist Program!

The Fulbright Specialist Program, a part of the larger Fulbright Program, provides U.S. citizens who are established professionals or academics and possess expertise in qualifying disciplines with the opportunity to engage in short-term (2-6 weeks) project-based exchanges at host institutions around the globe.

This info session will cover eligibility requirements, benefits, application process, and examples of past Fulbright Specialist projects, and Fulbright Specialist Program staff will also be available to answer questions.

This in-person session (in the Faculty Cafe in E.Cullen, Room 31) will also be broadcast and recorded in Teams in the UHFED Virtual Faculty Cafe, Research and Scholarly Development Channel by FED Staff.
