Search for VC/VP for Research and Technology Transfer Campus Visits: Wilhelm October 10, 2016

Dear UH Faculty, Staff, and Students:

As chair of the Vice Chancellor/Vice President for Research and Technology Transfer Search Committee, I am pleased to announce the selection of the final four candidates for the position of VC/VP for Research and Technology Transfer and invite you to join me in welcoming them to campus.

The first candidate, Dr. Robert G. Wilhelm, Vice Chancellor for Research and Economic Development at UNC Charlotte, will be on campus this Thursday, October 13 - Friday, October 14. You are encouraged to attend the open forum and hear his vision for the Division of Research. The open forum will be held in the Rockwell Pavilion on Friday, October 14 at 10:30-11:30 am. Below is the information and link to the candidate's CV and campus schedule.

The remaining three candidates will be on campus between Monday, October 24, and Friday, November 4. The candidates' names and schedules will be announced prior to each visit.

The search committee has been assisted by the search firm Parker Executive Search.  I thank the search committee members for their service in this important search.
