On-Campus Apartments

A valid University of Houston parking permit is needed in order to park at the three on-campus residential apartment complexes.

Bayou Oaks

To park in the gated area at Bayou Oaks, residents must purchase a Bayou Oaks parking permit through their myParking account in AccessUH. All other UH parking permits will not be valid in the gated area.
Any vehicle parked in the gated areas of Bayou Oaks without a valid Bayou Oaks parking permit is subject to citation.
The Bayou Oaks parking permit can be used to park in unrestricted and uncovered spaces in zones A, D, E and F at any time.
The Bayou Oaks parking permit can be used to park in unrestricted and uncovered spaces in any zone parking lot on campus during relaxed parking hours, which is Monday-Thursday between 3 p.m. and 7 a.m., and any time on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
