1. When travel arrangements are made through the contracted travel agency, the travel agency will document and report exceptions to using contracted vendors to the state.
2. Other acceptable conditions of non-use of contracted travel vendors will require the completion of a Travel Exemption Certification Form -- The form must be attached to the Concur Expense Report.
