OPEN HOUSE PLANNED FOR UH SYSTEM AT SUGAR
LAND
The University of Houston System at Sugar Land will host an open
house for prospective students from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday,
March 29.
Business, education and other degree programs will be featured.
Individuals seeking bachelor’s and master’s degrees
may apply for admission and learn about financial aid opportunities.
Advisers and faculty members will be available to answer questions.
Those attending the open house can bring copies of their previous
college transcripts to review with advisers. Refreshments will be
provided.
The UH System at Sugar Land offers junior and senior courses in
a variety of areas including business, education, psychology, computer
information systems and biology. Graduate courses leading to master’s
degrees in a number of areas are also available. For a complete

Anyone interested in a bachelor’s or master’s degree

ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON SYSTEM AT SUGAR LAND
The University of Houston System at Sugar Land is a teaching center
that offers junior, senior and graduate courses leading to more
than thirty bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the
four UH System Universities (University of Houston, UH-Clear Lake,
UH-Downtown, and UH-Victoria). Established in 1996, UHSSL is located
north of the Brazos River on U.S. 59 South at University Boulevard
and serves those who live and work in Fort Bend County. UHSSL offers
multiple methods of instruction including face-to-face, instructional
television, online, broadcast TV, and videotape purchase.
