The Inprint Brown Reading Series, co-sponsored by Inprint and
the University of Houston, continues its 25th season with UH Creative

Concert: Collegium Musicum With

An Evening with Chuck D’
The UH American Cultures Program presents hip hop pioneer and
leader of the influential group, Public Enemy, Chuck D, who will
deliver the lecture “Race and Rap in America.” 7 p.m.,

2006 School of Art Masters Thesis
Exhibition
This exhibition represents painting, photography, graphics and
sculpture showcasing each student’s artistic development
through the MFA program. The exhibit runs through April 29. Blaffer

International Dinner Series: Cajun
The Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management
and Barron’s Restaurant present the Spring 2006 International
Dinner Series. Student-run dinners feature different cuisines

Workshop
Founded by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright, Edward Albee, this

Bertrand will read from her bilingual children’s picture
books. Following in the reading, there will be performance of
David Prather’s “John and Juan,” a two-man play
