COME ONE, COME ALL: OPEN HOUSE WELCOMES
PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS TO UH SYSTEM AT SUGAR LAND
HOUSTON, Oct. 25, 2005 – Business, education and other degree
programs will be featured during an open house and advising night
at the University of Houston System at Sugar Land Nov. 2. Individuals
seeking bachelor’s and master’s degrees may apply for
admission and learn about financial aid opportunities.
Advisers and faculty members will be available to answer questions
from 4 until 7 p.m. Financial aid representatives also will be on
hand to provide information. Those attending the open house are
encouraged to bring copies of previous college transcripts to review
with advisers. Refreshments will be provided.
The UH System at Sugar Land offers junior and senior courses which
lead to bachelor’s degrees in such areas as business, education,
psychology, computer information systems and biology. Graduate courses
for master’s degrees are available in educational administration,
counseling, non-profit leadership and business.
Anyone interested in continuing or finishing a bachelor’s
or master’s degrees is encouraged to attend the event. For
