POST Houston Volunteering

POST Houston is known for its plethora of food vendors and inviting outdoor ambiance. What many don’t know is that the POST has a beautiful outdoor garden! The garden has a wide variety of flora and flowers and is a space for patrons to enjoy food and games. POST Houston holds numerous events and has lots of work for volunteers to do.
We will be doing general garden maintenance such as planting and weeding which requires closed toed shoes. Volunteers should be ready to get a bit messy due to the gardening. Also volunteers should bring a cap and a bottle of water due to the Houston weather which is forever fluctuating.
Volunteers will meet at SC South at 3:45 PM and depart at 3:55 PM and arrive at the event site at 4:15 PM , and volunteer until 7:00 PM. Please indicate on the sign up form if you can provide carpool- we always need volunteer drivers! After the event, volunteers will return to campus and be back by 8:00 PM.
