Metropolitan Volunteer Program

Loaves & Fishes is a program run by Magnificat Houses that serves 200-400 meals to Houstonians experiencing food insecurity or homelessness, 6 days a week. Volunteers assist cooks as they prepare the food, help serve the meal, chat with diners, and help clean up the kitchen.

MVP Volunteers will be making bookmarks, decorating pencil pouches and packing back-to-school goodie bags for students at South Shaver Elementary School. Feel free to invite your friends and earn volunteer hours together!
