Stop the Bleed

Stop the Bleed is an organization that aims to educate the University of Houston community in first aid techniques, specifically those regarding bleeding control. Educational training will be hosted across campus to teach people on how to control wound bleeding in an emergency situation. First aid kits will be distributed to further the applications of what visitors have learned. This is not a volunteer event, instead, it is a workshop designed to heightened student knowledge on first aid. No volunteer hours will be rewarded.
Participants for this event will gain first aid knowledge necessary for bleeding control during Health and Wellness week
