Skyfarm Volunteer Event

On 3/8 Skyfarm will be doing end-of-Winter/start-of-Spring tasks like terminating Fall-Winter crops, bed prep, planting/seeding Spring-Summer crops, doing routine plant care, watering, and feeding, and possibly harvesting for that week’s Skyfarmer’s Market.
Please note that the event will happen rain or shine, and there is a covered space to work if there is a downpour, but we will never work on the roof if we spot lightning. Please come in weather-appropriate clothing as well as close-toed shoes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty, bring a water bottle, and any garden materials you may need.
Volunteers will meet at SC South at 8:20 AM depart at 8:30 AM and arrive at the event site at 8:50 AM, and volunteer until 12:00 PM. Please indicate on the signup form if you can provide carpooling- we always need volunteer drivers! After the event, volunteers will return to campus and be back by 12:30 PM.
