Metropolitan Volunteer Program

The mission of The CAC is to provide a professional, compassionate and coordinated approach to the treatment of sexually abused children and their families and to serve as an advocate for all children in our community. Volunteer with the CAC during Child Abuse Prevention Month as they raise awareness to prevent abuse. They need help to beautify their building with a mural to create a fun environment for their families, staff, and partners

MVP is volunteering at The Houston Food Bank, which is a non-profit organization that collects and distributes food to hunger relief charities. Food usually comes from various sources in the food industry, like grocery stores and wholesalers, that have thousands of pounds of food to give away – food that could otherwise be thrown away. As volunteers, we will be helping sort through food to be distributed into the community.
