Answer Sheets for Grading

Scantron forms can be purchased from MEC using an internal voucher. Cash or checks will not be accepted. Please email MEC at MEC@uh.edu or call our office at 713.743.5442 to order answer sheets and arrange for pickup of Scantron sheets.
