UH in Top 100 U.S. Universities for Patents 
The University ranks 60th on the National Academy of Inventors' list of the Top 100 Universities in the U.S. Granted Utility Patents. This new list celebrates the universities that play a key role in advancing the innovation ecosystem within the U.S. and beyond.

Leading the Pack: UH Skyrockets in Latest University Social Media Rankings 
UH has taken a giant leap forward in the realm of social media performance. The latest data from Rival IQ shows that the University has surged from No. 77 in 2022 to No. 30 among Division I and Division II colleges and universities in the U.S.

Professor, legal scholar and author Anita Hill will deliver the 2023 Elizabeth D. Rockwell Distinguished Lecture on Ethics and Leadership for the Hobby School of Public Affairs. The lecture will begin at 6 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 5, in the Rockwell Pavilion at MD Anderson Library.
