A Message from the Provost

Dear UH Community,

This edition of Cougar Milestones spotlights the achievements of our entire campus community and again serves as an indication that remarkable things are happening at UH. I am elated that our Cougars’ hard work earned UH the designation of a Top Producer of Fulbright Students. This is the second time in three years that our University has received this honor, and it is quite telling of our students’ commitment to excellence. Also, Undergraduate Research Day is on April 14. For nearly two decades, we have hosted this event spotlighting students’ peer-mentored projects and independent research. I, personally, look forward to Undergraduate Research Day and am delighted that it is returning as an in-person event.

I hope you enjoy this latest newsletter.
