Joshua Gonzalez is the Assistant Director of the Policy Debate Program at the University of Houston and a Lecturer in the Honors College. Joshua’s research focuses primarily on the areas of rhetoric, public advocacy, and argumentation. He takes particular interest in late 20th century debates about welfare and poverty and hermeneutic and phenomenological modes of investigation. (M.A., Wake Forest University)
