East Harris County Empowerment Council – Improve EHCEC’s ability to track and measure the outcomes and impact of its key initiatives by 1) conducting research on best practices to identify key short-and long-term outcomes and metrics associated with EHCEC’s key initiatives; and 2) developing organizational-level logic model.

Habitat for Humanity Montgomery County – Improve Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County’s ability to measure its effectiveness at fulfilling its mission and outcomes to its partners and their children by 1) conducting research to identify key metrics for assessing Habitat for Humanity’s homeowner population;and 2) developing a homeowner survey in alignment with the identified key metrics.

Discovery Green Conservancy – Develop a dashboard that displays important outputs and outcomes for Discovery Green’s staff and leadership to use for making data-driven decisions and communicating its impact with stakeholders.
