Cougar First Impressions (CFI) is an annual “Welcome to UH” experience sponsored by Staff Council since 1998, and is held the first two days of each Fall semester in order to fulfill our mission of providing new and returning students with resources and quality customer service.

Join us for the Rosary outside by the square fountains in front of the Career Center. Afterward, we will go to breakfast on campus.

As part of UH Weeks of Welcome, the Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) will be sponsoring a t-shirt swap. Have t-shirt from another university, high school, or military service? Time to swap it. On us!

Have a break from class? Come celebrate the beginning of the Fall semester at Be The MVP! Come enjoy an afternoon filled with music and opportunities to give back to the community. Once you complete four activities, exchange your stamp card for prizes!

All are welcome to attend Mass and also receive a blessing for wisdom and the renewal of your mind. You may also bring your laptop to get that blessed.

Join CAPS Mondays and Thursdays 12 – 1 p.m. to learn the skills needed to prevent suicide and help create a community of care at UH. Sign-up is required.
