“As our division continues to expand, we are pleased to welcome Eddie and his expertise in the areas of development and giving. Student Affairs and Enrollment Services has a large impact on a student’s college experience, and we are confident that Eddie can help us identify touchpoints to connect students, alumni, and the UH community with the ways that our departments and programs contribute to student success,” stated Dr. Richard Walker, Vice Chancellor/Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Services.

While at EMU, Eddie earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s in public administration. Having been a student leader during his undergraduate years, Eddie understands the importance of the student experience in shaping viewpoints and how that can influence giving back in the future.

“I would like to thank the University of Houston Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services and the Advancement office for choosing me to help them create the fundraising operation for the division at the University of Houston. I look forward to meeting, engaging, and absorbing as much of the University of Houston, its alums, and the surrounding community to ensure many levels of success for years to come,” added Eddie.

With a reputation as an energetic team player and leader, we are certain to have found a great fit for the Division of Student Affairs and University Advancement.
