Diversity Institute
Friday, April 1, 2022
9:00 am - 4:00 pm
An annual one-day conference for students, faculty, and staff, Diversity Institute allows participants to engage in transformative sessions that enhance their cultural knowledge. This year’s theme is Good Trouble: Allyship in Action. Participants will learn more about how to engage in ally behavior, and how to move past performative allyship into solidarity that can create meaningful change for marginalized communities. This year’s Institute is being hosted in partnership with the Center for Student Involvement and the Women and Gender Resource Center. In collaboration with these departments, an Empower track will be available at this year’s Diversity Institute! Participants must register to attend.
