The Houston Humane Society is an organization that focuses on taking care of animals (dogs and cats and everything in between!) from all around the Houston area. This is a great opportunity for animal lovers as we have the potential to handle animals such as dogs and cats!

Join the Cougars in Recovery and LGBTQ Resource Center Team in fellowship for coffee, refreshments, and discussion on how to be an Ally to LGBTQ Community Members in Recovery.

The University of Houston’s Cougar Cupboard is in partnership with the Houston Food Bank’s Food for Change market network. The cupboard is available to all enrolled UH undergraduate or graduate students who may need access to additional food. Cougar Cupboard is located on the first floor of the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center (in UH Wellness), and is stocked full of fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen/refrigerated foods, and dry goods.

Join us for our final HIVE discussion for the semester! We’ll wrap up with some final themes from The Parable of the Sower and discuss what it means to “build your hive.” Attendees will be entered into a drawing for prizes, including a WGRC swag bag!
