Tea Tuesday provides students a chance to stop by UH Wellness to grab a free cup of tea and chat with other students. UH Wellness Office is located within the Rec center.

Let’s Talk is a program that provides easy access to informal confidential consultations with therapists from Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).
