Metropolitan Volunteer Fair (MVP) Volunteer Fair

The Metropolitan Volunteer Program (MVP) Volunteer Fair is an opportunity for University of Houston students to get involved with local service and volunteer organizations. Students will be able to walk around the fair and talk to representatives tabling in the Student Center Plaza Stage.

Join us for our second HIVE discussion of the semester! Because October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we’ll be exploring the topic of trauma and healing. Attendees will be entered into a drawing for an Amazon Echo Dot and a WGRC swag bag!

The Trans/Nonbinary Chats are for transgender students and partners, or anyone questioning their gender identity. After attending the group, participants should feel more empowered to engage with the general community as an advocate for themselves. All Identities Welcome!
