Cougar First Impressions (CFI) is an annual “Welcome to UH” experience sponsored by Staff Council and is held the first two days of each Fall semester. This year’s event will take place on Monday, August 22, 2022, and Tuesday, August 23, 2022, to provide students with a safe and gradual transition to campus.

We would like to set up a photo station for students to take pictures of themselves and their friends on the first day of school.

Come meet the Metropolitan Volunteer Program and learn about how you can get connected with your community and service opportunities! We’ll also have giveaways and more in the Student Centers Plaza!

Come enjoy a meal with fellow RUF students! This event is a great, laidback way to learn more about RUF.

“Let’s Talk” is a program that provides easy access to informal confidential consultations with therapists from Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). Consultations are available to the entire UH community – students, staff, and faculty. Consultations are free of charge, and no appointment or paperwork is needed.
