Student Volunteers
Are you looking for unique ways to get involved on campus? Are you looking to get involved with the event industry and cultivate your skills?
Becoming a volunteer offers the opportunity to work outside events coming to the Cullen Performance Hall including comedy shows, concerts, dance events, and so much more. We have hosted many acts throughout the years including, Jimmy Carr, Taylor Tomlinson, Ronny Chieng, Fazil Say, Joanne Shaw Taylor, and many more! By volunteering you will learn the ins and outs of the event industry, cultivate your customer service skills, and make new friends along the way.
Responsibilities:
If selected as a student volunteer, some of your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Complete Usher Training
- Understand Cullen Performance Hall policies
- Understand the Cullen Performance Hall layout
- Come to your scheduled shift
- Help provide satisfactory customer service by engaging patrons with an attitude of care
- Help guide patrons to seats
- Help answer patron questions
