Refund Policy: Once an order is placed, there are NO REFUNDS on tickets unless otherwise specified. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser and are issued for the face value of the tickets only. Processing fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to notify the purchaser.

Accessibility Needs: Please note the balcony is only accessible by stairs. Accessible seating is offered on the orchestra level. To reserve please email or call for available options we can provide.

Box Office
The box office at Cullen Performance Hall will open 4 hours prior to the start time of any ticketed show. In addition, the box office will be open to purchase tickets by phone, 832-842-3131 or in person:

The box office will be closed on all university holidays.
