There are two ways to buy tickets for performances at the Cullen Performance Hall: online or through the box office. Please note that the box office is cashless. Please click the link below to purchase tickets online.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or exchanges provided for purchases. It is your responsibility to carefully review all aspects of the event, event restrictions, dates, pricing, charges, and seat selection. We will not issue any refunds or exchanges because you failed to review this information. Refunds will not be issued for any lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged tickets.

In the event of a cancellation, refunds are only made to the original purchaser and issued for the face value of the ticket(s) only. Per ticket fees are nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to notify the purchaser.

Accessibility Needs

Accessible seating is offered on the orchestra level. To reserve, go to the cph.evenue.net site, click on the "Buy Now" button for the performance you would like to attend, and click on the "Accessible" button to find available seating. You can also view the seating chart to find accessible seating. 

Tickets from Unauthorized Retailers

If you purchase tickets to an event from an unauthorized source, you do so at your own risk. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so are void. Cullen Performance Hall values customers’ privacy and security, and will not access records nor reprint tickets for anyone who cannot be verified as the original ticket buyer. Fraudulent tickets will not be admitted into the theater. Tickets cannot be reprinted.

The only authorized source for ticket sales is cph.evenue.net. 

Box Office

Box Office Hours:
Opens: 1.5 hours before show for Will Call tickets, in person purchases, or ticketing inquiries.
Closes: 30–60 minutes after show starts.
Subject to change without notice.

The box office will be closed on all university holidays.

Step 3 — Click "Add to Wallet"

Step 4 — View ticket(s) in wallet
