Congratulations: Jennifer Rooney for winning the Department of Sociology’s 2017 Undergraduate Paper Award and for Lindsay Oncken for winning the Department of Sociology’s 2017 Graduate Student Paper Award. Jennifer’s paper was titled “Between Two Wars and Two Worlds: An Analysis of Race-Ethnicity Perspectives Between France and Vietnam from 1919 to 1938.” Lindsay’s paper was titled “The Daughter Effect on Formation of Gender Workplace Policies.”
