The Palgrave Handbook on Race and Ethnic Inequality in Education (Palgrave Macmillan, 2014) edited by Peter A. J. Stevens (Univ. of Ghent) and A. Gary Dworkin (Univ. of Houston) has just been nominated for the 2016 Pierre Bourdieu Award of the Sociology of Education Section of the American Sociological Association. The winning book will be announced at the American Sociological Association meetings in Seattle, Washington in August.
