Summary: The journey out of Tibet and over the border to Nepal is a long one. 'Sights' such as Mount Everest are dotted around the area and cater increasingly for the tourist trade. Thanks to the development of the region by the Chinese, it is even possible to sleep in the shadow of the world's tallest mountain. But does this new influx of money benefit the Tibetans themselves?
