Descriptions of our workshops
We will not be offering any Exploring Diversity sessions this semester.
Specifically designed for Registered Student Organizations, Exploring diversity provides the opportunity for student leaders to articulate a clear understanding of diversity, culture, and inclusion. This workshop offers a platform for students to learn about their own identities, the cultural identities of others, and tools to assist in creating a more inclusive campus community.
What does diversity even mean and why does it matter? This foundational workshop will explore the multiple dimensions of diversity and give participants the chance to explore how personal and cultural identities relate to their lived experiences. Everyone will leave with approaches to working effectively across difference.
