How is art good for me?

Art is therapeutic.
Research tells us that viewing art can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. While appreciating art on its own may not be sufficient to manage how these conditions impact your life, it’s certainly worth exploring how art affects your overall mood and sense of well-being.
