“Let’s Talk” mental health consultations with a CAPS clinician will be virtual (by audio or video). Any member of the UH community can access Let’s Talk by entering the zoom waiting room.
People often want to talk about Race and Racism, but many have no clue what they are and their origins in the United States. This workshop will provide historical context about race and racism in the United States and their impact on American institutions, and will explore the concept of being anti-racist. The Trans/Nonbinary Chats are for transgender students and partners, or anyone questioning their gender identity. After attending the group, participants should feel more empowered to engage with the general community as an advocate for themselves. All Identities Welcome!
