Diana has five years clinical experience working with adults and adolescents in a variety of outpatient settings including community mental health clinics, school settings, and a university counseling center. Her clinical areas of interest include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, mindfulness interventions, life transitions, identity development, and working with diverse clients. Diana's therapeutic approach integrates client-centered principles, traditional cognitive-behavioral, and third-wave behavioral therapy approaches. Diana earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston and is excited to serve the community. Go Coogs!
