Investigating Cell-Nanomaterial Interaction to Identify Therapeutic Targets
Wednesday, May 15, 2024
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
This event is a hybrid event hosted in Teams and in person at 3009 Health 2.
About the Event
Priyabrata Mukherjee’s research focuses on the interface between biology and materials science to address unmet challenges in healthcare. He conceived the idea of self-therapeutic nanoparticles that are currently being utilized as a discovery tool to identify molecular targets for personalized medicine. In this talk, Mukherjee will address fundamental aspects of cell-nanomaterial interaction and the development of designer nanoformulation for targeted therapy.
