Held every Monday morning, this class is your perfect opportunity to set a positive tone for the week ahead. Designed to support your mental health and foster meaningful connections, ‘Balanced Minds’ integrates yoga and mindfulness practices, valuable tools for mental well-being, and a vibrant community of like-minded students.
