AI Student Showcase

The Department of Computer Science and the HPE Data Science Institute are hosting the AI Student Showcase to recognize outstanding graduate students who have shown a commitment to the field of artificial intelligence.
All team members must be graduate students currently enrolled within the University of Houston System. Students from all academic disciplines are welcome. Crossdisciplinary teams and projects employing artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning and neural networks are especially encouraged. View full submission guidelines here.
Teams of at least two and up to five students may register their projects by Monday, June 24. Projects must be original work that has not been previously submitted as a class project or to another competition. Poster and presentation submissions are due on Tuesday, July 23 by 11:30 a.m. Short presentations will be given at the event on Thursday, July 25 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. in a location to be announced on the UH campus, and judges will give awards to the top five presentations.
