About this Webinar
The first CLASS Undergraduate Research Day showcase will introduce attendees to resources for conducting research as an undergraduate and spotlight past CLASS undergraduate research projects. Light food and drinks will be provided.
At CLASS Undergraduate Research Day, learn about important research opportunities from multiple University of Houston staff members and students.
- Deborah Reyes, program manager at the UH Office of Undergraduate Research and Major Awards, who oversees the Provost’s Undergraduate Research Scholarship Program (PURS) and the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF).
- Livia Garza, program manager at the UH Office of Undergraduate Research and Major Awards, who oversees the Houston Early Research Experience (HERE) program.

Our second-annual CLASS Undergraduate Research and Graduate Studies Information Week will feature two webinars and one in-person event. This year’s events will take place from January 30 to February 3.
