New Year, New You will focus on fueling your body with nutritional foods and incorporating a training program to help you achieve your fitness goals. You will meet with a trainer once a week to learn about building a training program, nutrition basics, and a workout that will improve your cardiovascular endurance. This class is for all fitness levels.
